George is the Founder of Techniplas. He has spent his career buying and building companies globally, primarily in fragmented industries in manufacturing and distribution.
He is a member and former chapter chairman of YPO, was elected a Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and sits on the Innovation Board of the XPrize Foundation, a foundation dedicated to using incentive based competitions to help solve some of the world’s greatest challenges.
He has a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University and an MBA from the Wharton School.
David is the Chief Financial Officer of Techniplas, responsible for all global financial matters including accounting and controling, cash management and tax compliance, budget and financial planning, and oversight of company performance. He also serves as a board member, is on the executive committee, and is the Chief Administration Officer of Techniplas. As a member of the executive leadership team, Knill also plays a key role in strategic planning and ongoing growth activities including mergers and acquisitions.
Knill brings more than 33 years of financial and automotive experience to Techniplas. Most recently, he served as Executive Director, Executive Vice President and Global Finance Director at TI Automotive, responsible for its fluid handling division, merger and acquisition activities.
Knill started his financial career as a Senior Financial Analyst in General Motors New York treasurer’s office, responsible for assignments in capital planning, business development, overseas finance, and investor relations. Prior to this, he contributed in a variety of roles as an electrical and manufacturing engineer at General Motors of Canada.
Knill graduated from Kettering University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and an MBA focused on Finance and General Management from University of Western Ontario’s Ivey School of Business, where he graduated as valedictorian.
Bob is the President of Techniplas North America, where he focuses on continuing the improvement efforts of the company. He was promoted to the role of President after serving as the Vice President of Operations for Nyloncraft, one of Techniplas’ group companies. Prior to that role, Brzozowski served as General Manager of Nyloncraft’s Jonesville (Mich.) plant.
With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in strategic development and lean strategies in various manufacturing environments, Brzozowski has the accolades to show. He has received Dale Carnegie’s Highest Achievement Award, and the President’s Award for Operational Excellence, a Variform award (PlyGem). He also brings with him a deep knowledge of lean Six Sigma, which has served him well working with both small and large companies.
Prior to his work with Techniplas, Brzozowski was Vice President of Quality & Engineering for ThyssenKrupp Industrial Services North America. Before that, he was a Product Line Manager for Cyltec L.L.C., a manufacturer of machined components. Prior to his work with Cyltex, Brzozowski was Vice President of operations for Adco Products, Inc., a manufacturer of adhesives and sealants for the automotive and construction industry.
Brzozowski earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
Frédéric is the Chief Transformation Officer of Techniplas. Prior to this position, Desmarchelier was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Vallotech, now a member of Techniplas. During Desmarchelier’s 12 years of leadership, Vallotech successfully transformed to a manufacturer of complex parts for the automotive industry, realizing automation at every level and lean manufacturing in production. Under Desmarchelier’s leadership, Vallotech increased its production volume by three times, and overcame multiple challenges brought by the currency impact and economic crisis in 2009.
Prior to joining Vallotech, Desmarchelier has had extensive experience in the plastics industry. With 8 years of experience in the Thompson Group and 17 years of experience in the plastics industry for automotive, Desmarchelier is an expert in the areas of operation, supply chain management, organization, and logistic. He created the software named TQS (Total Quality System) that enables a company to accomplish quality management, production efficiency control, costing analysis and the gathering of all KPIs in one place.
Avi is the Vice-Chairman of Techniplas and Chief Executive Officer of Techniplas Digital. He is an experienced leader, passionate entrepreneur and tech visionary.
Reichental is the founder, Chairman and CEO of XponentialWorks™, a venture investment, advisory and product development company that is monetizing the upside of disruption from exponential-tech convergence. He is also a General Partner at OurCrowd First, Israel’s most active early-stage venture fund, seeding and scaling high-tech companies that are computing and actuating the connected world.
A lifelong visionary, Reichental has spent a career fortelling the convergence of technological trends while highlighting the unlimited possibilities of exponential technologies. He has been a leading voice around the potential exhibited in deep learning, robotics, and 3D priting. As such, his insights have been sought out by numerous organizations, including Harman International, where he served on the board until their 2016 acquisition by Samsung.
Reichental spent the previous 12 years guiding 3D Systems as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director. Under his leadership, 3D Systems emerged as a formidable global 3D printing provider with revenue growth exceeding 6 fold and market valuation growing over 12 fold.
In 2014, Reichental was named one of the Top 25 Makers Who are Reinventing the American Dream by Popular Mechanics Magazine. In 2013, Reichental was listed as one of Fortune Magazine’s Top 50 Business Leaders; in 2012, he received the Financial Times Boldness in Business Award, and in 2011 he was a recipient of the 2011 E&Y Regional Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Reichental remains a hands-on inventor with over 30 patents, and currently serves as part of Singularity University’s core faculty, a member of the XPRIZE Innovation Board, and a trustee of the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum.
Daniel is in the lead of Techniplas Prime, responsible for the company’s Manufacturing-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform, a proprietary e-manufacturing platform that leverages Techniplas’ core engineering expertise and manufacturing facilities together with dozens of its qualified manufacturing partners and new additive and generative technologies to fulfill orders placed digitally worldwide. As a member of the Techniplas RoW board since 2010 and the executive leadership team, Daniel plays a key role in strategic planning and ongoing growth activities across the company.
Prior to leading Techniplas Prime, Daniel held leadership positions within Weidplas for the last 15 years and through its integration with Techniplas. His accomplishments include founding, establishing, growing and adapting worldwide facilities and/or cooperations in South Africa, China, Spain, Czech Republic, Germany and Mexico. Daniel brings over 22 years of automotive experience, reshaping global supply chains, including implementing an Asset-light business model for the virtual factory as a digital process expert with ERP, E-sourcing and EDI. Daniel drives aggressive global business development with cooperations and building successful teams and organizations.
